How long does my order take?
Your order reaches you in 5–7 working days from confirming it on WhatsApp — printing and delivery included, to most governorates in Egypt.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery for orders up to 1,000 EGP, or InstaPay to amgad1205@instapay — just send the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp. Orders over 1,000 EGP are paid in full with InstaPay before printing.
How do I pick my size?
Open the size guide in the design studio — every fit has its own measurements. Cotton shrinks 1–2 cm after the first wash, so if you’re between sizes, go up.
What files should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. JPG works too — and for logos on white you can remove the background right in the studio.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece. From 6 pieces you get 10% off and a free design service, 15% from 25 pieces of the same model and 20% from 50.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned — but if there’s any printing defect, we’ll reprint it for free.
