Quick questions
When do my GOAT Coins arrive?
As soon as we confirm your order’s payment. Every 10 EGP you pay for your pieces = 1 coin on your phone number (shipping and the design service don’t count), and your balance updates every day.
Why do you ask for an order number to show my balance?
So nobody can see your balance just by knowing your phone number. Type any order number of yours whose payment we confirmed — it’s in the WhatsApp message we sent you (e.g. #140), and on the phone you ordered from your balance shows by itself.
Do GOAT Coins expire?
Each coin lasts 12 months from the order it came from, and the oldest ones are used first. If some are about to expire, your balance tells you.
Can I use more than one reward in one order?
One reward per order, on one piece. The rest stays in your balance for your next order.
