Delivery time
Every piece is printed to order, and we start printing as soon as we find your transfer; your order then arrives within 5–7 working days (printing and delivery included). Friday is not a working day. Bulk and event orders may need longer — we tell you the date before confirming.
Shipping fees
Shipping is charged per order, by governorate, and is shown in your total before you confirm. Shipping is free on orders of 2,000 EGP or more (after discounts).

Delivery areas
We deliver to most governorates in Egypt through our courier partner. At the moment we do not deliver to Luxor, the Red Sea, North Sinai or New Valley.
Payment
Every piece is made to order, so all orders are paid in full in advance — InstaPay (amgad1205@instapay) or Vodafone Cash (01032615215) — before printing. We don’t offer cash on delivery. Trouble paying? Message us on WhatsApp. All amounts are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Receiving your order
- The courier calls you before delivery — please keep your phone available and make sure the address is complete.
- If a delivery fails because the recipient couldn’t be reached, we can send it again; the extra shipping fee is paid by the customer.
- Please check your order when you receive it. If something is wrong, see our Refund & cancellation policy.
