How long does my order take?
You pay in advance with InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, we start printing as soon as we find your transfer, and your order reaches you in 5–7 working days — printing and delivery included, to most governorates in Egypt.
How do I pay?
With InstaPay (amgad1205@instapay) or Vodafone Cash (01032615215) — upload the transfer screenshot when you order. Every piece is made just for you, so all orders are paid in advance, before printing. Any trouble paying? Message us on WhatsApp.
How do I pick my size?
Open the size guide in the design studio — every fit has its own measurements. Cotton shrinks 1–2 cm after the first wash, so if you’re between sizes, go up.
What files should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. JPG works too — and for logos on white you can remove the background right in the studio.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece. From 6 pieces you get 10% off and a free design service, 15% from 25 pieces of the same model and 20% from 50 (hoodies, polos and mugs stop at 15% — for 50+ of them, WhatsApp us for a quote).
Can I return or cancel a custom item?
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged for another size. If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage or the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll reprint it for free or refund you — your choice. We start printing as soon as your transfer is verified, so an order can’t be cancelled after paying — check your preview and size before you pay.
